Why doesnt Henley make Student events proper student events and open it up to the top USA student 8's?

I'd like to see them do OK. That way we know for sure that they were sandbagging by trying to enter the Brit.

As for altering the line up to sneak back? The Stewards should say "bring your best line up to the Visitors, or don't come at all".
