    Should the Stewards take World Cup appearances into account?

    In the HRR entry requirements for club events it very clearly talks about ever having competed at a World Championships, Olympics, or Europeans. But not World Cups. I'd prose a time limit something like HWR: "World cup in the last 2 years". Would people agree?
