Johnson, 30, went 2-8 in 16 starts for the Blue Jays in 2013 after being acquired from the Miami Marlins in a multi-player blockbuster prior to the season. His 3.20 earned-run average and 1.66 WHIP in 2013 were career-highs for seasons in which the righty appeared in 10 or more games.
