Composite Crew Leverkusen at Thames Cup?

Hey guys one question regarding Dominik Drüke from RTHC Leverkusen eight. Found out that he raced for TVK Essen in the single at the international regatta ratzeburg (Germany) three weeks ago and also in the eight as composite crew. The same composite crew will start in Henley as a club eight. The cox seems to be from another Club as well.

Not sure if this Is confirm with the rules of the thames cup?

Here the results from the regatta:

    Race 111 single
    Race 121 eight

Thames starting to choke with intensive opposition crew research

    interesting results
RTHC Levercusen Ladies plate:  5:46 (2s behind what is the german U23 8 I guess)
    Thames Cup:
    Hamm 6:00
    RTHC/Siegburg/Esen/Dusseldorf composite: 6:02
    Alemania/Lubeck composite: 6:08

So the Stewards managed to select all but the fastest of the 3 German crews
I predict Ham to get beaten by Leander on friday

In Germany you can only race for one club per regatta season, but you can do composite crews for almost everything. As noted above for Henley you just have to be(have been for three months) a member of the club you race for.

Bare in mind, you can be a member of multiple clubs, not just the one you represent at the time. I believe the rules for the Thames is you must be a full member for 3 months or more?
